Vybrationz is a web-based audio application that generates binaural beat sessions based on your selected mood and goal. Sessions are delivered via your browser using the Web Audio API. No downloads, no apps — just your browser and a pair of headphones.
The Service is provided on a free tier (4 mood combinations, unlimited sessions) and a paid Pro tier ($12/month) offering access to 144 mood-frequency combinations and premium session content.
Binaural beats are not medical treatment. The audio sessions provided by Vybrationz are for general wellness and relaxation purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Do not use Vybrationz as a replacement for licensed medical care. If you have a medical condition — including but not limited to epilepsy, seizure disorders, serious mental health conditions, or any condition that may be affected by audio frequencies — consult a qualified healthcare professional before using this Service.
Use at your own risk. Individual responses to binaural beats vary. Vybrationz makes no representations or warranties that any session will produce a specific mental, emotional, or physical outcome.
Stop use immediately and consult a doctor if you experience discomfort, dizziness, nausea, or any adverse reaction.
The Vybrationz Pro plan is billed at $12 per month. All new Pro subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
All audio content, frequency configurations, brand identity, and software code that make up the Vybrationz Service are owned by Vybrationz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal wellness purposes. You may not:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular result. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at vybrationz.com/terms with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Vybrationz operates.
